Customer states that she needs to lift the front windows up in order to open them. That’s hardly reassuring and once again… it’s a cascade of failures. A small crack in the ABS plastic front fascia allowed some water into the middle of the front wall, which damaged the timber and released the tension on the screws, which pulled the sealant away letting more water in…

After removing the window seals and the window rail. The timber is clearly rotten but... is that a crack behind that old sealant and that moss?
Yes... yes it is. Oh bother.
After pulling the fascia... what the heck is that?!
Front wall removed. Look at the front edge of the bulkhead, it's damaged beyond repair.
The front wall, as seen from the front. The top board is well beyond redemption, and a lot of the other timber wasn't far behind.
New treated timber frame glued and screwed together and new treated timber bulkhead fitted.
New front wall fitted up with new insulation and 3D printed corner caps, ready for reinstalling the fascia.
